Help Finding Work Essential Links

The following websites are the best place to look for jobs in TEFL. Always remember to check out an employer carefully before applying, and make a list of key questions to ask at an interview. You can often find teacher forums on these websites, where a quick search, or a posting about a school will often prove informative:

www.tefl.com The biggest EFL job website. Employers pay to advertise here, so they’re more likely to be reputable and serious in their commitment to trainees.

http://www.eslbase.com Growing in popularity and easy to use. Lots of information about finding a job, different countries, and other aspects of the work.

http://jobs.guardian.co.uk/jobs/education/tefl/ Not as many jobs as TEFL.com, but another site where employers have to pay, so the schools are usually reputable.

Other sites to check out:

Other Useful Resources for Teachers:

Pronunciation Learning Cards  A useful resource for teachers of English as a foreign language.
